Regarding the open checkboxes:

• Tutorials and White Papers have always been optional components
• As decided with @danielmiehle, not everything needs to be published to SwaggerHub from this repo
• There are currently no protocols in this KIT
• The setup guide and deployment information are described in the linked repositories
