[DCM-KIT] DCM Standard Add On Explanation

Description

Add additional explanation of DCM Standard content to the DCM KIT, To be able to provide additional content around the DCM standard to enable a better understanding of the standard content for new adopters of the DCM Use Case and providing guidelines to apply the DCM standards. This will in the future contain explanation with regards to the DCM core business logic as well as additional introduced optional add on features out of the DCM standard. Focus will also be to illustrate various topics to make the standard more touchable and attracting for new adopters

Impact

The additional standard explanations are supporting an easier access for new adopters to the DCM standard. Since the feature is a 24.08 feature and the development phase is coming to an end, we need a status on the feature.

In a few weeks, we want to publish Tractus-X Release 24.08. For this, we need a clear status about the features (which will be included in the release and which will be cancelled or postponed to the next release).

Currently, the feature is still in status Work in progress. Please update the status by 09.07.24 eob.

If the feature is not ready for release 24.08, or it is possibly not planned at all, please set the status to Not in release. Please remember that in this case, any dependent components must be informed.

DCM Standard Add-on Explanation is currently be finalized. Initial Handover will be executed on 12.07.2024.
