Generation of record UUI by orchestrator #711

Description

UUID: There should be a UUID generated by the orchestrator to identify where the cleaned dataset was created by and where it needs to go back. UUID should not be shown to the sharing member.

By this, tasks belonging to the same gate record can be identified by the cleaning services.

This is part of the 24.08 release.
