[New Model]: Mandatory Dismantling Information

Description

This model will enable the provision of all mandatory information for dismantlers required by law (comparable to the scope currently presented in IDIS). This should be applicable for the main markets of Europe, Asia and North America. ## Impact No breaking changes.
