[New Model]: Description of additional information needed for QAX

Model Description

The standard "CX - 0036 Semantic Model Quality Task" allows data to be linked to a quality problem. Request from QAX Members: In addition to the existing data models, it should be possible to provide additional files to perform root cause analysis. Idea to solve the request: Transfer the files in a ZIP container including a descriptive JSON file. Tabular file formats (CSV, XLS, PARQUET) should be described using a semantic model so that they can be undestood by applications.
