[Model Issue]: PayloadEntity incorrect in TimeSeriesReference #599

Issue Description

PayloadEntity in model TimeSeriesReference should extend TimeSeriesEntity. example: :PayloadEntity a bamm:Entity; samm:extends samm-e:TimeSeriesEntity ;
