PurisCredential wrong naming #147

Due to an gap in the design of https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/ssi-credential-issuer/issues/5 issue with the Puris Credential identified. Puris Credential is created as DemandCapacityCredentialinstead of PurisCredential. This is due to the fact that the useCase is used instead of the actual Credential value. Logic to be updated. Sync needed between Phil & Julia
