Persist individual table view settings in backend

As a User of Trace-X I want table settings are stored persistent and resilient way so that application setting doesn't get lost after browser cache was cleared

• The implementation so far is to store the settings in the cookies
• This story should be defined if we want to store the settings within the backend

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Concept ready for implementation covering
  • [ ] Database model for user and user settings (for multiple table settings)
  • [ ] API design for endpoint providing table settings for a specific user (CRUD)
  • [ ] Extract individual User Account/ID from JWT token. (Email) and store this user account in database
  • [ ] Create PBIs covering implementation of this story
