Improving new deployments for Trace-X

As a customer I want to enable the developers to be able to quickly provide a new trace-x instance so that we can demonstrate trace-x to many companies

Currently in the deployments all information is duplicated. While using the approach of a base values.yaml file we could remove all duplicate configurations and only leave the environment specific elements inside of the files.

This reduces the knowledge needed for new deployments
Improves the speed of bringing up new deployments
Less error prune

How to do it: Simply add the values.yaml (base values file) to the manifest overrides like we have it for the environment specific files already:

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] values.yaml will be also used for environment specific deployments
[x] env-specific-values.yaml will only have specific information for the deployment like urls etc.
[ ] Howto / README is avaiaible in github

Hi @jzbmw we already did some of the tasks. My suggestion would be to decrease the story to 1.

DISCUSSION NEEDED Label was removed as there was an alignment in backlog refinement regarding the necessary tasks to do.
