As user I want quick filter in Inbox Table View so that am able to filter the table according to my use case

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] User Table Views supports save, editing and deletion of Quickfilter
[ ] Quickfilter is a snapshot of the current table filter
[ ] Quick filters are limited to exact 5 quick filters per table instance (User tables).
[ ] Settings are stored in local browser cache.
