Provide severity information for assets in active notifications

As a dev , I want a severity field in the asset response , so that I can highlight asset that are included in life threatening notifications .

• as a preparation for the highlight logic in frontend (parts are highlighted when they are included in a life threatening notification)

Acceptance Criteria

BACKEND:

• [ ] severity needs to be within the asset response (Backend task) -> View has been adapted to reflect the severity "sentQualityAlertIdsInStatusActive": [], "receivedQualityAlertIdsInStatusActive": [], "sentQualityInvestigationIdsInStatusActive": [], "receivedQualityInvestigationIdsInStatusActive": [], --> Those fields in the asset response should now contain id and severity of the notification:

f. ex. : "sentQualityAlertIdsInStatusActive": [ {id: '113', severity: "LIFE-THREATENING"}, {...} ],

FRONTEND:

• [ ] Highlight logic adapted to only reflect the severity LIFE_THREATING but not active investigations on a part anymore
