Include Partial terminations flows when generating GC Repo Trades cashflows #113

When cashflows for GC Repos are generated, partial terminations cash flows are not part of the generation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the GC Repo Trades dashboard
  2. Load an allocated trade (or create it)
  3. Perform a partial termination on the trade
  4. Generate the cashflows on the Cashflows panel, as of current date.

Expected behavior The cashflow for the partial termination performed for this test should appear in the cashflows list.
