Update Python Test Agent
Update Python Test Manager
Update TCK Step Implementations
Update uuid_validator feature

Logic on this PR: Trying to do updates to 1.5.8 in as small of pieces as possible. Most important parts are related to python, so did that first. Also, I updated one feature file so that the workflow could still run.
