Test https://github.com/eclipse-uprotocol/up-vsomeip-helloworld to ensure it can function with the transport and simulator.

Tested up-transport-vsomeip-python and up-simulator with https://github.com/eclipse-uprotocol/up-vsomeip-helloworld for simple publish subscribe and seems to work.
