A server shutdown sequence for TCP servers

shutdown sequence that allows the current inflight requests to execute during a grace period
fine grained shutdown that cooperates with channel load balancing

Tasks

[x] replace HttpServer/TCPServerBase+ NetServer/TCPServerBase inheritance by HttpServer ⇢ NetServer delegation
[x] replace the shared ChannelGroup by a per server group for load balanced servers
[x] improve the transformation of a NetSocket ⇢ HttpServerConnection
[x] NetServer shutdown
[x] HttpServer shutdown
[x] HttpConnection shutdown handler
[x] cleanup
