This PR is based on WebSocket commits, since it allows to access the context object for WebSocket packets. New commit starts from the https://github.com/eclipse-vertx/vertx-http-proxy/pull/96/commits/5268b9cf227213a791e8ec63d71bd9fb8249624e (add general context data) one.
