Support for opentelemetry
We have an integration between vertx-tracing and opentelemetry in our project, developed by @pierdipi: https://github.com/knative-sandbox/eventing-kafka-broker/tree/master/data-plane/core/src/main/java/dev/knative/eventing/kafka/broker/core/tracing
We would like to find a way to bring that code here, for the benefit of the larger Vert.x community
