Add Kotlin Coroutines documentation #31

Motivation: Most of the stuff related to Kotlin/Coroutines is not documented (or documented not well enough), and the only way is to dig into GitHub issues and sources.

I have a feeling everyone is afraid to include tutorial-like instructions and prefer to keep documentation ascetic.

I partially agree with this point, and I think it's not the best place for this information.

On the other hand, these pieces of code look simple and generic enough to be included until something better arrives.
