Debugger should support model instance transformation breakpoints

Description

Breakpoints should be applied to input model elements. Once these elements are parts of a rule activations event atom, the transformation execution should be suspended.

The debug framework already supports the definitions of such breakpoints, however the option is not represent on the UI, as the UI components responsible for displaying the model instances are still in a preliminary state.

This means that due to the potential major changes in these UI componenets we should wait with adding this feature till 1.4.0
