Description

Since https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/81160/1/query/plugins/org.eclipse.viatra.query.runtime.localsearch/src/org/eclipse/viatra/query/runtime/localsearch/planner/PConstraintInfoInferrer.java there are three uses for EMFModelComprehension for calculating the indexable model elements and references:

The base indexer itself.
The validator in the pattern language.
The local search planner.\ \ Given we have to instantiate this EMFModelComprehension class manually for this (basically static) functionality, we should look whether we can provide this information in a more reusable/common fashion.\ \ For now I am assigning this to tasks for 1.5; however, this is of low priority and can be easily postponed.
