Faster Rete construction by reusing contents of stateless nodes

Description

During construction time, a stateless node has to re-calculate its contents each time a child node is attached, or each time a stateless child node recalculates its own content. There are ways to avoid repeated computation:

• If the node already has a projection indexer attached, just read the contents from the indexer. Note: care should be taken that the newly attached indexer is initialized first; its contents are not useful before that.

• Otherwise, there could be a cache where the content could be saved after computed once, and reused on each subsequent pullInto(). Discard the cache when an indexer is constructed, when the stateless node receives an update (attach self-removing watchdog node?), or when simply low on memory (use soft references?).
