Namespace versioning #221

Currently it is possible to provide versions for entities, function blocks and information models. Would it be beneficial to have a namespace versioning as well?

I do not quite understand it yet? Can you further elaborate ? How would that look like in the DSL?

This is not exactly a feature request, more a topic for discussion on the next tech call, which started as an internal discussion in ProSyst. On our last call Olaf asked me to post it as a Github issue, so that we can track it. The idea was to discuss if Vorto would benefit from tracking versions for entire namespaces. At the moment an information model/function block/entity can reference another item by its name and version. We were discussing if it would be useful for Vorto to allow tracking entire namespace, so that something like the OSGi import package functionality could be used in the DSL - import an entire namespace with its version, then be able to reference the datatypes from this namespace/version combination.
