[ ] Rename service to getAllServiceTemplatesByIsv
[ ] Return the data from SERVICE_TEMPLATE like before.
[ ] Instead of existing enum, return ServiceTemplateRegistrationState, isAvailableInCatalog and isUpdatePending state.
