Upgrade to Apache Karaf Minho 0.1 (release) #92

I have submitted Apache Karaf Minho 0.1 release to vote this morning. I will update to this version in OSC (instead of using SNAPSHOT).

Apache Karaf Minho 0.1 release is done, the artifacts will be on Maven Central soon. I'm creating the corresponding OSC PR.
