fix: don't output full .Packages-* #164

See for example any publish run: https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/ci/actions/runs/9501265058/job/26186752103, the step that outputs the contents of all Packages files ends up breaking the github webui and makes the logs unreadable

Going forward we could simply add a quiet: boolean option to the sh function.
