API alignment #3

Summary

APIs are not fully consistent within the same binding and also across bindings. A higher lever of coherency is required and documentation should be updated accordingly.

Intended outcome

API will be more aligned across languages resulting in a better user experience.

How will it work?

Users will be able to use zenoh API in a similar manner regardless the programming language of their choice.
