Renamed project to org.eclipse.xpect #223

Github shows four commits here, but actually, only the last one by @qtran-n4 introduces changes.

@meysholdt Please have a thorough at the changes and run your test suites. From our perspective, the state on this branch is ready to be zipped for the initial contribution of the Eclipse/Xpect project.

@meysholdt Please have a look at the last commit: It adds three copyright headers, but I am not sure, if they are correct since @dhuebner committed those files. Let me know how I should correct them. Otherwise, please merge. After merging, we create the zip file for the initial contribution.

that's fine. Thank you! I assume the 'adds' and 'deleted' in the 'rename' commit are because git didn't identify renames correctly due to content changes.
