We want the Xpect (org.eclipse.xpect) to build on infrastructure provided by eclipse (CBI).
For that purpose:
[ ] need to adjust Jenkinsfile to be compatible with Jenkins provided by the foundation
[ ] configure Jenkins job to run builds based on GH branches
[ ] prepare publicly available artifacts*
*for start it is ok to provide artifacts from Jenkins directly, but in the long run we need integration builds available through more stable channel (e.g. eclipse downlods)
