replaced the LIVE_TEST_EXECUTION_PREFERENEC_NAME with SKIP_CONTENT_CHECK_PREFERENCE_NAME

@cdietrich when testing the changes in our environment we noticed that the used preference (by the preference page) was the wrong one. Sorry, could you merge this one too?

What would be the process to make @mehmet-karaman a committer in Xpect and xtext? Since from now on Mehmet will be maintaining whatever bits we need from xtext.

After a number of commits any committer can nominate
