New ansible-operator version #178

move to ansible-operator:1.34.2

This requires explicit installs of a couple of python libraries that were previous implicit.

Also seeing that the molecule tests are timing out with the time taken to deploy a pair of ha clusters taking roughly 10 minutes so bumped up the timeout to 12 minutes.
