Add automatic error reporting #131

We need to add automatic error reporting to EAVP. Here is what Marcel Bruch suggests:

I had a quick check on the ICE product contents. To me it looks like you can just add AERI to your product [1] as we do for the EPP packages (if you do not have any additional constraints). Then, we just have to configure an ICE project at dev.eclipse.org and you are good to go.

For EAVP we just have to add the project to dev.eclipse.org. That’s all.
