ParaView service cannot open all .vtk files in the Plot Editor #154

The Plot Editor fails with an index out of bounds exception when opening a simple test .vtk file with nothing but points and vertices, and presumably for other file types that lack definitions for both cell array and point array data.

The ParaViewPlot should be able to handle these cases. A work around is to open the Web Visualizer and view the file there.
