Not saving data after restarting ICE #158

Whatever has been created in the ICE will be lost after exiting. It needs a save button to save the data.

@dgquvn Can you be more specific? Which EAVP feature is lacking a save feature?

It is not saving the geometry data after exiting ICE. At least that's what Jay said, he said it needs to be able to save the geometry data when a geometry is created and will be stay there for using next time.

EAVP will no longer handle this kind of data management in 0.3
