I'm not entirely sure which target needs to be updated from this folder:
https://github.com/eclipse/ecf/tree/master/releng/org.eclipse.ecf.releng.target
The dependencies appear to be 1.5 years behind the times.
Maybe I should create a new *.target so that dependencies are the latest 2023-12 versions? Most especially updates for the httpcomponents. These older things tend to accumulate CVEs...
