[EGF-Build Portfolio] egf step can't execute fcore with validation warnings

If the fcore contains at least one warning the execute of an egf step raises an error.

Warnings should not prevent fcore from running.

Are you sure this is a Build Portfolio bug, and not an EGF bug? Are you able to execute this fcore directly in eclipse?

100% Sure The fcore comes from a genChain file and always contains some warnings.
