Enable Trace -> Always will trigger JMerge exception during EMF generation #196

I try to generate Capella code with Enable Trace: Always. This will lead to a Jmerge parser exception because the generated code contains '[begin of] ... [end of]' traces. I think in this case, the traces should be prefixed with java comments.
