Port DBC feeder to new kuksa_client API #33

This PR needs https://github.com/eclipse/kuksa.val/pull/416 to work. If you want to test this PR, you need to pip install -e ~/kuksa.val/kuksa_client having checked out the feature/sync-grpc-client beforehand.

Change the table in main Readme: "DBC feeder for kuksa.val server" should say for databroker and server
