No master/main builds for DBC and GPC feeder containers #40

We do not build/push a master/main tag

That should change

Work in progress for gps feeder, although we seem to have an issue that the default token lacks the scope to push. Tracked here https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/2663
