Added capability to display the unit field while get and subscribe cli commands are used while using kuksa-val-v1 API image

@lukasmittag @AkhilTThomas this broke/conflicts now as I merged the changes in https://github.com/eclipse/kuksa.val/pull/717 maybe some of you can take a look, should be "easy" to fix
