Bump express and node-red-contrib-web-worldmap in /kuksa_apps/node-red/mqtt #765

Removes express. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency node-red-contrib-web-worldmap. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Looks like these dependencies are no longer updatable, so this is no longer needed.
