Provide support for long running jobs in eclipseiot integration bundle #2195

As long as there will be specific APIs, the eclipseiot integration bundle should be updated to support notification messages in control topics to notify to the remote cloud platform the status of a long running task executed locally in the device.

Currently this feature is supported by DEPLOY-V2 bundle, but not supported by Hono.
