`Go to type definition` doesn't work with xs:include schema location #581

The Go to type definition which gives the capability to go to the type definition of the xs:element from the XML file which is bound to the XML file doesn't work.

@fbricon do you think we should include this issue (this issue is only for TYPE definitionbug with xs:include) since it is related to https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-xml/issues/188 (this issue is only for definition and completion bug with xs:include)?
