adding an optional "additionalConstraints" text attribute on resource Properties #240

Besides the official Description field, we need another (optional) multi-line textual field "additionalConstraints" where constraints can be specified. This can be free-text, or follow any grammar defined by specific plugins (xtext, sparql, etc.)
