The TCK for version 1.0 needs a couple of updates #171 #175 #176 #179 to be flexible enough for additional implementations to run it. These pulls are about dependencies of the TCK on other technologies rather than testing compliance of the spec itself, so it seems reasonable to build a micro version release with the TCK fixes to make it possible for more implementations to run the 1.0 TCK.
After this is done, the original commits for #174 can be brought back.
