@Emily-Jiang I don't think this needs another RC. Correct me if I'm wrong, please. I would like to avoid another RC right now as we will probably start the final release today.

@xstefank You will need to create a RC as there are a lot required changes according to MPWG (See an example here) @radcortez or I will help producing a PR and do another RC to check everything is ok before doing the final release. Don't do any Final release as yet.
