Remove requirement for ParticipantStatus body for Compensate/Complete callbacks #297

As per Gitter discussion distinctions by HTTP status codes are preferred, so 200 HTTP status is enough and ParticipantStatus body is redundant.

How does this issue relate to issue #299 ? Can you provide a link to the chat room discussion for this task (and would it be possible to provide a summary in the description)?
