Make SecurityRequirementsSet repeatable
Add securitySet parameters to OpenAPIDefinition and CallbackOperation
Clarify that using @SecurityRequirement alone is equivalent to using @SecurityRequirementsSet with one element
Add TCK for @SecurityRequirementsSet
Add TCK for securitySet in @OpenAPIDefinition
