Add MicroProfile LRA to modules list #19

Add MicroProfile LRA so that we can create a release candidate driver per these instructions: https://wiki.eclipse.org/MicroProfile/SpecRelease/Release

I was expecting this change would populate the "module drop down" on the "Build with Parameters" form on the MicroProfile Releases Jenkins job

The microprofile-lra module hasn't appeared in the list yet. Is there any extra step that I need.
