Maven default plugin version update #68

This PR updates the Maven plugin versions to the Maven 3.8.6 defaults (Minor Update) for improving build stability.

Only default Maven plugins are updated with this PR, Major plugin updates or plugins from different sources like for the maven-release-plugin (from 2.5.3 to 3.0.0-M6) omitted here.
