Describe the bug

Following problems were discovered when testing 1.1.RC2:

BaggageBeanTest and SpanBeanTest does not contain beans.xml or scope-annotated bean, yet expect CDI to be enabled.
JaxRsClientAsyncTestEndpoint relies on auto-discovery and having JaxRsServerAsyncTestEndpointClient "discovered" results in non-portable behavior
